The venue will be HOTEL EXE CAMPUS. 

• If you are coming from Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), railways S2-Sabadell Parc del Nord are your best option: Bellaterra stop is about 5 minutes away from the hotel.
• If you are coming from the airport, you will have to go to Plaça Catalunya first, and then take the railways S2-Sabadell Parc del Nord and get off at Bellaterra stop.

A limited number of rooms are available at the Exe Campus Hotel at the discounted price of 65,97€ with breakfast (VAT included, tourist tax not included).

If you already submitted your abstract, but need to make any changes, you can do so by logging in to your author account and selecting the abstract to edit from the left menu. Remember that the deadline for abstract submission/modification is October 15th, 2023.

If you already registered and paid, but for some reason you are unable to come, please note the cancellation policy you agreed to when completing the registration form:

• Up to 90 days before the event the total payment will be refunded except for 30 euros charged as administration fee.
• Between 89 to 30 days before of the event the refunded will be 50% of the total contribution.
• From 29 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund, but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event.

In order to submit an abstract it is not required to be registered to the congress, but it will be necessary to create an author account. This author account is only used to submit your abstracts, so please take into account that being registered as an author is not the same as being registered as an attendee. In case your communication is accepted, you must be registered as an attendee to be able to present your paper. You will be able to register as an attendee on the registration form.

Posters must be printed in DIN-A0 size (1189×841 mm).
